| 83rd CRPF Raising day celebrated by Western Sector CRPF | Western Sector CRPF celebrated 83rd CRPF Raising day with 102 Bn RAF at Taloja, Navi Mumbai on 27 July 2021 and the 83rd Raising day of the C.R.P.F. was also celebrated in various ways by the institutions and units under the Western Sector, CRPF, Navi Mumbai. On this occasion Sh Randeep Datta, PMG, IGP WS CRPF paid homage to CRPF Martyrs AT GC CRPF Pune. Also he explained the glorious history of the force while highlighting the role of Central Reserve Police Force in maintaining peace and harmony in the country and congratulated everyone on the occasion of 83rd Raising Day of the force. Western Sector Hqr CRPF in association with 102 RAF celebrated 83rd CRPF Raising Day at 102 RAF, Taloja, Navi Mumbai. On this occasion Shri. Chandrabhushan, DIGP WS extended their best wishes & read out the names of medal awardees of CRPF. With great zeal and enthusiasm, On the eve of CRPF raising day Western Sector Hqr and Nerul Gymkhana Navi Mumbai organized "Blood Donation Camp” at Nerul Gymkhana in association with Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai & TATA Memorial Cancer Hospital Khargar On 25/07/2021.Western Sector Hqr CRPF & 102 RAF personnel participated in this noble work and total 62 unit of Blood was donated for saving lives of our fellow citizens. |

On this occasion Shri Sanjay A. Lathkar, IPS, IG CRPF explained the glorious history of the force while highlighting the role of Central Reserve Police Force in maintaining peace and harmony in the country and in the present scenario by the personnel of C.R.P.F. during the Corona disaster. Finally, called upon everyone to continue to move forward, taking inspiration from the great traditions of the force in the interest of the nation, and in the interest of nature, and congratulated everyone on the occasion of 82nd Raising Day of the force. |

Western Sector contingent was adjudged the best marching contingent in 80th CRPF Anny. Parade- 2019Western Sector has been adjudged as the best marching contingent at 80th CRPF Anniversary Parade on 19/03/2019 at Kadarpur, Gurugram. Sh Rajkumar, IPS, IGP WS CRPF received the trophy.Western SectorWestern Sector CRPF Celebrated 80th CRPF Anny. Day on 19th March 2019. Sh Sanjeev Sharma, PMG, DIG Range RAF Mumbai, CRPF took salute at Quarter Guard of 102 RAF Bn, Taloja, Navi Mumbai. Sweets were distributed to jawans. Sh S. Radhakrishanan, DIG, W/S along with officers and men of Western Sector Hqr, Range RAF Mumbai, 102 RAF Bn and D & G/221 Bn CRPF were present on this occasion. |

Western Sector CRPF Celebrated 79th CRPF Raising Day on 27th July 2018.Sh Rajkumar, IPS, IGP, Western Sector, CRPF took salute at the Quarter Guard of 102 RAF Bn, Taloja, Navi Mumbai and awarded DG’s Disc and Commendation Certificates to personnel of CRPF & RAF. Sh Rajkumar, IPS, IGP, Western Sector, CRPF addressed Sainik Sammelan and expressed his greetings to personnel & families of CRPF & RAF. IGP visited to Cancer Ward at 102 RAF campus and interacted with the patients and took stock of their health condition.On this occasion a lecture was delivered by Sh Rajendra Sonawane, Chief Sanitary Inspector NMMC on "Awareness on Zero Tolerance for Plastic”. Following programmes were also organized by Western Sector and 102 RAF *Tree Plantation Drive at Kharghar Camp on 27/07/2018. * Display of CRPF Brass and Pipe Band at Sea face Worli, Mumbai and Vashi Railway Station, Navi Mumbai on 27/07/2018 & 28/07/2018. It was an effort to create awareness about CRPF and to inspire people about patriotism. * Bara Khana at 102 RAF attended by Sh Rajkumar, IPS, IGP, Western Sector, CRPF on 27/07/2018. Raising of the force was also celebrated in befitting manner at GC Nagpur, GC pune, GC Gandhinagar and other units. |

| 78th CRPF Anny. | 78th CRPF Raising Day celebrated at Western Sector Hqr and other institutions and units under Western Sector. Various activities was organized on this occasion.
BLOOD DONATION CAMP192 BN CRPFA blood donation camp was organised by 192 Bn at Unit HQr, Gadchiroli, Dist- Gadchiroli (Mah). Sh Rajkumar, IPS (IG, WS) visiting Ops area during the Raising Day functions of the force volunteered to donate the blood which inspired other officers and men to come forward for the noble cause. It was highly appreciated by local folks who have seen humane face of the CRPF and understood that force is serious in its business to bring peace and harmony in the society.9 & 37 BN CRPFA Blood Donation Camp was organised jointly by 9 & 37 Bn CRPF at Aheri, Distt- Gadchiroli (Mah), in which, officers and men volunteered to donate the blood. It showcased the humane face of the force which was highly appreciated by the local people and the Dist administration.HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP191 BN CRPFA Health check-up camp for villagers was organised by 191 Bn. CRPF at Wadasa, Dist- Gadchiroli (Mah). The enthusiasm of local people and their support to the programme in particular and to the other events organised by the CRPF in general will go a long way in alleviating Naxal activities and its menace.BOOKs AND STATIONARY ITEM DISTRIBUTIONA programme was organised by 191 Bn CRPF at its HQ Wadsa, Dist- Gadchiroli (Mah) in which Book and Stationary items were distributed to school students. The enthusiasm of the school teachers, local dignities and students were the Hallmark of the event. |
